- 3 large potatoes
- 1 large sweet potato
- 3 c. broth or water {I always use broth}
- 1 bouillon cube — 2 cubes if use water instead of broth
- 1 c.. zucchini chunks
- 1 15 oz. can corn with liquid
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T. flour
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- I also used a little onion soup mix
