For the next two weeks I will be doing something I am dreading, something I know will require me to use all my will-power, something I know will
NOT be easy.... I will be be doing the
NO SUGAR challenge. Dun Dun Dun! What does this mean exactly? well, it means for two long weeks I will
NOT being putting into my body any drinks with added sugar, sweets or anything with sugar as an ingredient. What's the reason behind this you ask? well, there are many health benefits to doing this. You can also lose weight, and gain more energy.... sounds good to me! So starting tomorrow morning I will go about this experiment and journal daily my thoughts, frustrations ( its inevitable there will be some) and my results.
